WHD to Hold Virtual Davis-Bacon Compliance Seminar on September 13
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) will offer a compliance seminar for contractors, workers, unions, and other stakeholders to provide information on the requirements governing payment of prevailing wages on federally funded construction contracts.
The virtual prevailing wage seminar will include video trainings on a variety of Davis-Bacon Act topics that participants can view at their convenience, followed by corresponding virtual Question & Answer sessions.
The Davis-Bacon compliance seminar will be held on September 13, 2022 at 1:30pm ET. Those interested in attending the seminar must register through Eventbrite here.
