White House Reviewing ETA Final Rule on “National Apprenticeship System Enhancements”
The White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) announced that it is reviewing the Department of Labor Employment and Training’s (ETA) final rule on “National Apprenticeship System Enhancements.” SWACCA submitted comments on ETA’s proposed rule in March 2024. OIRA review is typically the final step in the regulatory process before an item is published in the Federal Register.
