Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Updates FAQs to Reflect New Guidance Regarding Subcontractor Compliance with the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate
The Safer Federal Workforce Task Force has issued updated frequently asked questions (FAQs) to reflect new guidance regarding subcontractor compliance with the federal contractor vaccine mandate.
Specifically, the updated FAQs adds a new question under “Compliance” that states:
“Q: May the prime contractor assume the subcontractor is complying with the clause [specifying that contractors and subcontractors must comply with all guidance from the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force]?
A: Yes, unless the prime contractor has credible evidence otherwise.”
