OSHA Issues FAQs Confirming N95 Respirators Protect Against COVID-19
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on how N95 respirators effectively protect wearers from coronavirus exposure.
OSHA added that it is aware of false claims stating that N95 respirators filter does not capture particles as small as the virus that causes the coronavirus and said the FAQs were intended to explain why N95 respirators were effective at protecting users from COVID-19.
