DOL's OFFCP Releases Supply and Service Scheduling Letter Course for Contractors
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that it recently updated the letter the agency uses to schedule supply and service contractors for equal employment opportunity compliance reviews. As part of that update, OFCCP also released a course on the revised Supply and Service Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing in the Contractor Compliance Institute (CCI). The CCI is an online learning platform developed by OFCCP to help federal contractors comply with their equal employment opportunity obligations. The 20-minute course covers changes to the scheduling letter, clarifies requirements, and explains new requests for information. Federal contractors can take this course in CCI by logging into an existing account or creating a new account here.
