OFCCP Releases Revised Forms for Job Applicants and Employees to Submit Complaints Alleging Discrimination by a Federal Contractor

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released a revised Pre-Complaint Inquiry Form (CC-390) and an updated Complaint Form (CC-4) to be used by employees and job applicants alleging that a federal contractor has discriminated against them in employment, or in applying for a job.

Employees of government contractors may also use these forms if they believe they were discharged or otherwise discriminated against for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing information regarding their pay or the pay of their co-workers. OFCCP also updated its website with additional information and FAQs about submitting a pre-complaint inquiry and filing a complaint.
