OFCCP to Hold Call to Discuss AAP Focused Reviews and Provide Compliance Assistance to Federal Contractors and Subcontractors
The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has announced the availability of the first Affirmative Action Program Focused Review Annual Report. In addition, OFCCP plans to hold a stakeholder call tomorrow, January 14, 2021 at 1 p.m. ET that will focus on the report and Affirmative Action Program compliance assistance for federal contractors and subcontractors.
