FTC to Hold Compliance Webinar on May 14 to Discuss Its Final Rule Banning Noncompete Agreements
The Federal Trade Commission announced that it will host an online compliance webinar on May 14, 2024 at 11am ET to provide an overview of the agency’s final rule banning noncompete agreements for workers and to answer questions submitted prior to the webinar by email to asknoncompete@ftc.gov.
Registration is not required for the webinar and the link to access the webinar will be available shortly before the webinar on May 14th on the FTC website here.
