EEOC to Host Webinar on March 22 to Discuss Equity and Economic Justice for Women Workers
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced a free webinar on March 22, 2023 from 1:30PM to 2:30PM EST entitled, “Opportunities to Usher in a New Era of Equity and Economic Justice for Women Workers.” EEOC states that the webinar will explore structural inequities by gender and race/ethnicity that exist within the U.S. labor market and their implications for employment, earnings, and overall economic security for women. Additionally, EEOC notes that the webinar will emphasize opportunities to create greater equity and equality for women workers across racial and ethnic lines, thus disrupting historic patterns of gender and racial inequality.
The webinar will be held on March 22, 2023 from 1:30PM to 2:30PM EST and will be available via Zoom. Registration is required to attend the webinar and can be completed through Zoom here. Instructions on how to access the webinar will be sent via email after registration.
