EBSA to Host National Webcast Series for Retirement and Health Plan Sponsors
The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has announced an upcoming webcast series for retirement and health plan sponsors entitled, “Getting It Right – Know Your Fiduciary Responsibilities.”
The three-part series is scheduled to be held on March 22, 24, and 29, 2022 and is intended to help employers and service providers understand how the fiduciary responsibilities of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act apply to employer-sponsored plans and provide information on how to avoid common problems in managing a plan.
