DOL and EEOC to Hold Webinar to Discuss Workplace Protections for Pregnant Workers and New Parents
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and Women’s Bureau, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission are hosting a webinar on May 16 to discuss workplace protections for pregnant workers and new parents. The discussion will focus on federal legal protections for workers during pregnancy, after giving birth, and when returning to work and how midwives, doulas, and other healthcare providers can support their clients at work.
