DOL Women’s Bureau to Hold November 16th Webinar to Discuss Strategies to Recruit More Women into Apprenticeship Programs
The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Women’s Bureau announced a webinar on November 16, 2023 to mark “National Women in Apprenticeship Day.” The webinar will focus on creating access to good-paying jobs for youth and young adult women. The webinar will also discuss the importance of educating young women on the advantages of apprenticeship, feature programs and training opportunities, recruitment strategies, and information on DOL apprenticeship programs.
The webinar will be held on November 16, 2023 from 2pm to 3pm ET. Those wishing to participate in the webinar must pre-register here through WebEx.
