WHD to Hold Seminars on June 27 and September 13 to Discuss Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Requirements on Federally-Funded Construction Projects
The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division announced that it will offer online seminars on the requirements for paying Davis-Bacon prevailing wages on federally funded construction projects. The seminars are part of an effort to increase compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and will include recorded training videos on a variety of Davis-Bacon Act topics that participants can view on-demand supplemented with live Question and Answer sessions.
The seminars will be held on June 27, 2023 and September 13, 2023 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm ET each day. While attendance at the seminars is free, registration is required and can be completed through EventBrite here.
