OSHA COVID-19 Vaccine or Testing ETS for Private Employers Set for Publication in Tomorrow’s Federal Register
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has released the text of the COVID-19 emergency temporary standard (ETS) mandating the COVID-19 vaccine or regular COVID-19 testing for employers with 100 or more employees. The ETS will be published in the Federal Register tomorrow, November 5.
In addition, OSHA has made several resources related to the ETS—including a fact sheet, a webinar, FAQS, and more—available on its website here.
Employers must comply with most provisions of the ETS 30 days after the date of publication in the Federal Register. Employers must comply with the testing requirement by 60 days after the date of publication in the Federal Register.
