GSA to Hold April 30 Webinar on FAR Council’s SWACCA-supported Project Labor Agreement Final Rule
The General Services Administration announced a virtual Project Labor Agreement (PLA) informational session on April 30, 2024 from 9am to 11am ET. The informational session will focus on implementation of the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council’s SWACCA-supported final rule mandating the use of PLAs on federal construction projects estimated at $35 million or more. The session will also include a question and answer period following the presentation.
