DOL Announces Seminars on Prevailing Wage Compliance for Federal Contractors
The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division announced it will offer online compliance seminars for contractors, contracting agencies, unions, workers, and other stakeholders to provide information on the requirements governing payment of prevailing wages on federally funded construction contracts.
The seminars will include on-demand video training on many Davis-Bacon and Related Acts topics, as well as Question and Answer sessions on Davis-Bacon with staff from DOL’s Government Contracts Enforcement Division, the Branch of Construction Wage Determinations, and Regional Enforcement Coordinators. The seminars will be held on June 14 and September 13, 2022 from 1:30 to 3:30pm ET each day.
