DOL’s OFCCP Releases List of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors Selected for Compliance Evaluations
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced publication of the latest Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL). The CSAL is a list of federal contractors and subcontractors that have been selected by OFCCP for a compliance evaluation. Federal contractors and subcontractors should review the list to determine whether they are likely to be subject to an OFCCP compliance review. The compliance review starts once an establishment receives a scheduling letter from OFCCP.
OFCCP notes that it encourages contractors selected for a compliance review to take advantage of its compliance assistance offerings and to contact their local field and regional offices for technical assistance as they prepare for the evaluation. OFCCP highlights that if a contractor believes it should not have been selected for an evaluation, the contractor must send an email to the OFCCP Scheduling Mailbox at ofccp-dpo-scheduling@dol.gov.
