SWACCA Signatory Contractor Guide to FFCRA Paid Leave

The Signatory Wall and Ceiling Contractors Alliance (SWACCA) has produced a guide for union-signatory contractors to understand and navigate the newly effective paid leave provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).  The FFCRA paid leave requirements apply to private employers with 500 or fewer employees.  SWACCA's guide is tailored specifically to union contractors where their affected employees are covered by a typical building trades collective bargaining agreement.  It is available for download here.
