OSHA Releases New Guidance For Handling Coronavirus-related Complaints and Injury Reports

The Department of Labor’s Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) has announced a new interim enforcement response plan that provides instructions and guidance to OSHA Area Offices and compliance safety and health officers for handling coronavirus-related complaints, referrals, and severe illness reports. This new guidance covers all investigations and inspections specifically related to workplace hazards associated with the current COVID-19 pandemic.
