NLRB Indianapolis Office to Hold Listening Session with the EEOC and WHD on February 15
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) announced that its Region 25 Office in Indianapolis, IN will join the Indianapolis office of the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and the Indianapolis office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to host a joint listening session on February 15, 2023 for Indiana construction industry employers, employer associations, and human resource professionals. The agencies will ask participants to speak to compliance assistance information, barriers, and the effectiveness of remedies.
The session will be held on February 15, 2023 at 11am ET through Zoom. Those interested in attending the session must register through Zoom here.
