OFCCP Announces New Resources for Federal Contractors (and Subcontractors) Subject to AAP Focused Reviews
The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has announced that it will begin conducting Affirmative Acton Program (AAP) focused reviews. In the announcement, OFCCP highlights the release of a new landing page for AAP focused reviews that provides federal contractors with information to help better understand how these reviews will be conducted. The new resources available include: (1) Compliance Assistance Guides; (2) Resources on Minority Education Initiatives; and (3) FAQs providing answers to what contractors can expect during an AAP focused review.
